Thousands of music fans flock to the Baloise Session every year to experience their favourite acts up close. The «Backline Blog» takes a look behind the scenes and introduces you to the festival's evening helpers.

Lisa, Sandra, Astrid and Christian share their fascinating stories from over two decades of the Baloise Session. From ticket control to VIP support – they have experienced it all. 

The evening helpers tell unique anecdotes, for example about Elton John's intense eye contact with the evening helpers who danced in front of the stage, or the challenges of ticket control and guest management. «The challenge is to really keep my eyes open to make sure that nobody slips through my fingers with the wrong ticket,» explains Sandra.

This edition of the «Backline Blog» delves into the world of the many hard-working hands behind and in front of the scenes and lets you discover the «Little Big Family» of the Baloise Session. «It's actually so big – and yet so familiar,» Lisa enthuses.
